We put our house on the market two weeks ago. Talk about a whirlwind emotional roller coaster ride. We have had a couple of people come to look. And both times I have frantically tried to clean up, not let the kids touch anything, and then get the kids out of the house - definitely not the easiest task :)
Life with little people is just messy.
Toys. Puzzle pieces.
Handprints on the fireplace. Handprints on windows. Handprints all over my office door.
Crumbs underneath the kitchen table. Stinky diapers.
It makes me kind of sad to think that one day those little handprints won't be all over my house :(
As tiring and exhausting as it is, I just love our life with these little people. Handprints and all.

Oh. my. DARLINGNESS!!! That picture is just so cute of the 3 of you...and I'm with you...I get irritated sometimes when I clean up a room only to walk in 5 minutes later to some disaster...but I know that someday when I pick up my house and it just stays clean will be a very sad dad, indeed! So sorry to hear about your grandpa...goodness, you've had a lot going on! Hope everything is going well!
